Controller and contact

The Get Your PUMP pilot is run by Eddy Landes. For personal data matters and to exercise your rights, contact contact@getyourpump.ch. The pilot is not a paid subscription offer.

Data and purposes

We process professional email addresses, business profiles, content, authorised photos, preferences and the technical records needed to provide access, prepare posts, collect your approvals and secure the service. Social access is used only for features you authorise. Avoid submitting sensitive data or third-party data without authorisation.

Service providers and transfers

Infomaniak hosts the portal, database and email service. Vercel hosts the websites; GitHub hosts the source code and runs deployments. Anthropic receives the information from your dossier needed for AI preparation; this processing may involve the United States. Contractual safeguards and processing countries must be checked before transmitting third-party personal data. Not all data is therefore processed exclusively in Switzerland.

Meta, LinkedIn and Google receive the data needed for social features only when the corresponding access is connected and used. These platforms’ own terms and processing countries apply. Media storage is private on the server; object storage may be configured for publication. No payment or transfer to Stripe is enabled in the pilot.

Retention, export and closure

The profile and content are retained while you use the pilot, or until you request closure. Expired login links, sessions and OAuth states are purged after seven days; completed jobs are purged after thirty days. Encrypted local backups are kept for thirty days.

You can request an export, correction and closure at the contact address. Closure deletes the business’s operational data and media, revokes access and stops processing. Security records in the immutable log are kept separately for incident analysis; any deletion requires a specific review. A backup copy may remain until its retention period expires and must not be reintroduced into live operation.

Cookies and security

The portal uses a necessary, protected session that JavaScript cannot access. Language and country preferences are stored in the browser. The portal loads fonts from Google Fonts, which sends information including the IP address to Google. The website loads no advertising or optional audience-measurement tools. Data is separated by business and social tokens are encrypted.
